With over 20 years of vacuum installation experience, Flowvac is specialised in working with your site teams to install the Airvac Vacuum Sewerage system.
Our specialist vacuum fitters carry out the Mechanical and Electrical installation for all of our collection stations.
We carry out electrofusion MDPE main laying to our specialised shallow dig vacuum profile working with your engineers to ensure the unique vacuum profile is laid correctly.
Our fitting teams are also uniquely skilled in the installation of the Airvac Vacuum Interface Valve in its many applications.
We also often provide specialist site supervisors to oversee vacuum system related work carried out by others.
Flowvac Environmental Ltd operates a staff mentoring scheme where all fitters are introduced to all aspects of fitting, operating and maintaining the Airvac Vacuum Sewerage system.
Health and Safety is taken extremely seriously by Flowvac, our managers and supervisors are IOSH certified and our fitters are all part of an ongoing safety training and development program. All of our staff are qualified to work in confined spaces and our fitting and maintenance teams are trained for working in the highway in accordance with NRSWA.
