INDUSTRIAL & DOMESTIC SYSTEMS
The Airvac vacuum toilet and internal vacuum
system is used in domestic and commercial applications the world
over. Internal vacuum systems allow efficient effluent transfer
between floors, the ability to run pipework up into ceiling spaces
and in these times of rising water prices, dramatically reduce
water use.
Vacuum systems in industrial applications allow users to cleanly
separate waste water from different sources providing rapid transport
to the site of treatment. The negative pressure within the system
ensures that the risk of external contamination is all but eradicated.
As with most Vacuum Sewerage applications, internal vacuum systems
can give cost savings over equivalent conventional systems, offering
quick installation, removing the need for drainage excavations
and giving the opportunity to separate and recycle waste liquid.
SUPERMARKET INTERNAL VACUUM DRAINAGE
Airvac Internal Vacuum Drainage Systems are
ideal for draining multiple display and servery units in supermarkets
where space is limited or the ability to excavate the floor is
restricted.
Uniquely with internal vacuum systems, the drainage
pipework is located in the walls or in the ceiling with collection
units at ground level taking condensate from chiller cabinets
or waste water from servery sinks and drains. The waste water
is then drawn up into the high level vacuum pipework and carried
at high level into the collection vessel for forwarding. This
eliminates the requirement for underfloor drainage and makes changes
in shop floor layout easier and less disruptive.
