FLOWVAC ACHIEVES HEALTH AND SAFETY BENCHMARK

In 2003 Flowvac's client Anglian Water asked them to become involved with Achilles/UVDB Verify, the utility supplier verification scheme. Flowvac Environmental Ltd continues to achieve a high pass scores during, biannual office and on-site assessments of its management and site safety systems. This success marks integration into a scheme pioneered by key utility providers such as National Grid, Transco, Severn Trent Water and United Utilities. The scheme has been designed to answer the increasing demand for pre-tender supplier assessments with regard to Health, Safety and other key operational issues. Verify allows Flowvac to prove its Health and Safety credentials to potential utility clients by way of third party assessment and verification. Once assessed Flowvac's Health and Safety inspection reports are available to its customers on the Achilles website http://www.achilles.com which provides comprehensive details of our safety systems. Flowvac continually reviews of all its safety procedures and risk management strategies. Not only has Flowvac embraced the Verify system but invests significantly in training and safety awareness for all of its employees. Flowvac Environmental will undergo re-assessment in June 2010.
